  • Avoid misuse of services or violations of third-party policies

Delays from the client’s side may lead to extended timelines.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise.

  • Service fees, ads budgets, and subscription charges are non-refundable unless mentioned.

  • Digital products (templates, themes, guides, presets, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian tax laws.

Failure to clear payments may lead to paused or stopped services.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable after work has begun.

  • Digital goods are non-refundable due to instant access.

  • Subscription cancellations require 7-day prior notice before renewal.

  • Ads budgets paid to platforms like Meta/Google are not controlled by us and are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute our content

  • Share purchased digital products publicly

Our services may involve access to third-party platforms such as:

  • Platform bans or technical issues

  • Delays caused by third-party services or client inaction

  • Market fluctuations affecting performance

  • Force majeure events

We ensure best possible efforts but cannot guarantee results.

  • Business documents & assets

Clients must also protect our methods, processes, and deliverables.

10. Termination of Services

We may terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made

  • Client misbehaves or harasses our team

  • Misuse of our intellectual property is detected

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed under the laws of India.
All disputes will be handled in the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan, unless updated otherwise.
