Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing ScaleSprint (“we”, “our”, “us”). We are committed to providing high-quality digital services, tools, and products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and returns for all purchases made on www.scalesprint.in.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Refund Policy – Services

1.1 No Refund After Work Begins

Once a project or service has started, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Website development

  • Social media management

  • Advertising services

  • Creative/branding services

  • Consultation or coaching

  • Monthly retainers

  • Funnel or CRM setup

Time and resources are allocated immediately after onboarding, so refunds cannot be issued.

1.2 Advance Payments

All service payments made in advance are non-refundable.

1.3 Ads Budget

Money paid for ad spend (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) goes directly to third-party platforms and is not controlled by us, therefore:

  • Ads budget cannot be refunded

  • Unused balances (if any) remain with the platform

2. Refund Policy – Digital Products

All digital products sold on www.scalesprint.in are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Templates

  • Themes

  • Guides & PDFs

  • Digital courses

  • Tools, presets & assets

  • AI prompts or bundles

Because these items are instantly delivered and accessible immediately, refunds are not possible.

3. Cancellation Policy – Services

3.1 Monthly Retainers

For monthly recurring services (ads management, social media, etc.):

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before renewal.

  • If the request is made after billing has been processed, cancellation will apply to the next cycle.

3.2 Custom Projects

Once a project has started, cancellation is not allowed and no refunds will be issued.

4. Project Pauses & Delays

If the project is delayed due to the client (delayed approvals, incomplete data, no communication, lack of access):

  • The project will remain paused

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Additional charges may apply for reactivation after long delays

5. Quality Concerns

If the client is unsatisfied:

  • We encourage communication to resolve issues

  • Revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope

  • Dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund

Change of mind is not a valid reason for refund.

6. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be issued only in the following rare situations:

  • Duplicate payment charged by mistake

  • Technical error during payment (charged but service not activated)

In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after verification.
