Thank you for shopping with ScaleSprint (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how digital products are delivered once purchased through www.scalesprint.in.

Since we sell digital goods only, no physical shipping is involved.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All digital products—including templates, themes, presets, guides, PDFs, digital tools, and courses—are delivered electronically.

Once you complete the payment:

1.1 Instant Delivery

Most digital products are delivered instantly, through:

  • A download link displayed on the order confirmation page

  • An email sent to the address provided during checkout

  • Access through your account dashboard (if applicable)

1.2 Email Delivery

You will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • A product access or download link

  • Instructions on how to use or install the product (if needed)

If you do not receive an email within 5–10 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Services Delivery (Non-Digital Items)

For services such as:

  • Website development

  • Social media management

  • Advertising & marketing

  • Funnels & CRM setup

  • Consulting

  • Coaching

Delivery timelines will be shared:

  • During onboarding

  • In your agreement

  • Or in the service description

These services are NOT downloaded instantly; they follow a defined project workflow.

3. Failed or Delayed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed if:

  • Incorrect email address was entered

  • Payment was incomplete

  • Network/server issues occurred during purchase

If you face any delivery issues, contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Payment ID

  • Registered email

We will re-send the digital product within 24 hours.

4. Re-Downloading Your Purchase

If you lose access to your digital file:

  • Contact us via email

  • Provide your order details

  • We will re-send the download link (only for verified purchases)

5. No Physical Shipping

ScaleSprint does not ship any physical items.
All products are digital-only and delivered online.

6. Time Zones & Processing

All deliveries operate based on IST (Indian Standard Time).

Instant digital purchases are processed 24/7.
Support & manual delivery (if needed) is available during working hours.
